Whoa! This week has just flown by, and what a great week it’s been. I can’t believe it is already the last day of Artsweek 2013, but don’t fret it’s going to be a good one. You’ve still got the opportunity to check out Esther Vincent’s storefront photography project at 420 George St. from Noon to 7PM, Reframe will be at Lansdowne place from 9AM to 9PM with their interactive stop motion animation workshop, and Nick Ferrio & Vincent Chevalier’s Do You Hear What I See (a musical tour pairing projection artists with musical acts at various downtown venues) will be kicking off at Bluestreak Records on George St at 6PM with Kennedy Cult rocking out and Lester Alfonso providing the visuals.

And of course Do You Hear What I See will complete it’s tour at Artspace at 8PM where participants are invited to “Bring Your Own Beamer”. This is a great opportunity for everyone to get involved just bring your own projection device to setup in the gallery and display your own creations. (There will be limited tools available if you just bring a DVD or digital files you may be able to get them played) This final stop on the tour will also kick off the official Artsweek after party where the Bring Your Own Beamer fun will continue in to the night, and DJ Riled Up will be on hand to spin tunes when the band is done. It’s also been rumoured that Reframe will be bringing the stop motion animation films which have been created through the week to project at the party. This is going to be awesome don’t sleep on it!
